What Causes Stiffness In The Joints And Swelling In The Hands?
I feel stiff all over after sleeping or sitting and/or staying in one position for any length of time. Especially stiff and tight feeling in my joint areas. My hands feel tight (as if swollen) especially when I try to make a fist or put pressure grabbing etc.

go and get ur blood pressure and sugar test done
and with the help of BMI check ur weight ...if u r over weight try to reduce ur weight .
