I was helping a coworker move a stove with an appliance dolly .I was the one doing the pulling up the stairs as we started to go up the first stair I pulled real hard and felt a pop in my right hand and now I cant bend my little finger to make a fist with the rest of the fingers of that hand.I can scrunch down the other 3 fingers but the small finger does nothing
Hello and welcome to HCM, Difficulty in bending little finger after injury is suggestive of muscular injury. You need to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment. The symptoms are suggestive of muscular pain but bone fracture needs to be ruled out X-ray and other investigations.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
