About 13 days back, I was on my scooter and hit by a motorcyclist and fell immediately. After falling on the ground, I was not able to get up immediately. My hands were wounded and my right foot was wounded. After treatment from a doctor for five days, I did my own treatment by daily putting my hands and foot in hot water mixed with salt for some time so that inner wounds could be healed and after that, applied Gel on both hands and foot. But the stiffness of hands and pain in my foot could not heal. Kindly advise
