What Causes Stinging Feeling In Penis During Sexual Activity And Urination?
I ve been getting a stinging feeling during foreplay but I can t really feel it when having sex and after when I go for a pee but I ve also been able to feel it a little bit during the day when not doing anything.. What could this be? Could I be a water infection or something?

It could be urinary tract infections. Get routine urine microscopy and culture sensitivity urine tests done.
