What Causes Stinging Pain In The Testicles?
I am experiencing sensations and what feels like small stings in my genital area. Mainly in my scrotum area. I recently arrived back from a 4 day trip to Bali I can t see any evidence of anything in particular. I ve had this before after holidays. I ve had no sexual contact at all. Kind regards

It might be urethritis or any irritation of the urinary tract. So, should check through:
- urine analysis
- abdominal ultrasound
- examination of your genitalia
Keep well hydrated, run the above-mentioned tests for diagnosis.
Take paracetamol for the pain.
