What Causes Stinging Pain On The Outer Ear?

Alright for the past few weeks I ve been having stinging and burning in me outer right ear, at first it was only a tiny pimple, but not I feel it all over my outer ear, I wear ear buds a lot and I can t exactly go about my day with out them. The pain has gotten worse and worse, but there is no visible redness so my family doesn t believe I m in as much pain as I really am. I d please like to know the cause and how to soothe it. This has not affected my hearing whatsoever

You have sting pain and burning in the ear due to cleaning your ear with buds. You have developed middle ear infection , infection in the membrane that is Tympanic membrane .you better start treatment as soon as possible. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice gentamycin ear drops tree times a day to instilled in to ear on lying on bed, tab augmentum 625 twice a day, tab metronidazole 400 twice a day ,sporolac savhets mthree times a day tab ciprofloxacin 500 twice a day, tab bruffen 400 with peracetamol thre times a day.
