What Causes Stinging Sensation During Urination?
Hi, I have been having sex with woman for a couple of months now using a condom, a few days ago we had sex without a condom and ever since then I have been having to pee every 2-3 hours and I had a stinging sensation when I peed. I took a Z-Pack and the stinging is gone but the urination is still frequent. What do you think is the issue. There was no discharge at all.

It sounds more like urethral irritation or uroinfection than STD but if discharge or fever occurs you should do STD tests. I suggest to wait few more days,drink plenty of fluids,raspberry tea and if there is no improvement,you should tests.
