I have an auto immune disease thyroiditis. I have also developed an allergy similar to hay fever and nasal drip mi am on anti histamine and steroid nasal spray. I ve eaten juts tonight and have stinging sensation in my mouth and hoarseness. Lips have also swollen. Is this a problem with my immune system?
Understanding your concern. As per your query stinging sensation in mouth and voice hoarseness after eating nuts is because of allergic reaction of your body due to impaired immunity of your body. I would suggest you to avoid taking allergens. Your symptoms if start getting worst you should consult physician immediately. Take combination of anti-inflammatory and antihistamine drugs. Drink plenty of water. I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations if required and start treatment accordingly.
