General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to Gastroesophageal reflux. In such case taking proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) and motility enhancers like domperidone will be helpful. Avoid spicy, fried and fatty foods. Carbonated drinks ,alcohol and excess coffee should be avoided also. If you getting so often better to get an ecg to rule out any cardiac problems also.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
