Recently I have experienced stinging on the penis just under the head on the shaft within 15 seconds after my girlfriend starts giving me oral sex. I noticed that there is a red and slightly inflamed area on the right in middle of that shaft at that location. My sex has been only with my girlfriend for a long time. She has been recently diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and she took metronidazole to address thaT. She is going through menopause and apparently bacterial vaginosis happens more frequently during that time period during intercourse after about 20 seconds into it I felt a burning sensation on my tennis and as a result the shaft of my penis became red and inflamed and the next day this again on the shaft started to Lake and peel off. I wonder if intercourse cause some kind of problem on the shaft of my penis. I have tried Neosporin, and now an antifungal, for two days, and I am considering trying hydrocortisone if it is some type of dermatitis. I have never experienced this type of thing before and it is perplexing and I don t think it s an STD . What should I do? Thanks.
