What Causes Stingy Bowels Along With Sensitiveness In Abdomen?

Basically, this is very gross, I had not been having many bowel movements lately which I brushed off. Then I proceeded to eat a bowl of oatmeal, which due to my sensitive stomach would typically give me the runs but nothing. Then I had a bowl movement which was a string with feces strung along it. I was horrified but knew it wasn't a worm because it was long and not the right texture. I assumed it was asparagus that my body had just not fully digested. Then today(the day after) I had the same bowel movement. I don't know if I have a blockage or some weird thing I contracted. But I haven't told anyone because I'm sqeaumish and very embarrassed. But I think if I have worms I might die of a heartattack.
