What Causes Stomach Ache And Blood In Stools?

i dont know if its related. but i have not been eating much lately because im lazy. after awhile, i feel my left bottom side of my stomach hurts while im lying on my bed using laptop.. after few weeks. when i went to the toilet to take a poo. while cleaning i saw blood in my stools. i was scared, i i also felt abit bloated on the left bottom of my stomach. im only 17 i scared i do have colon cancer. please help. i dare not to tell my parents about this cause im scared.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Pain in the lower left of abdomen can be due to the following reasons:
Colitis.
Stone in left ureter.
Left sided ovarian or tubal problems in females.
The associated blood at wiping after passing motion can be due to piles or fissure or perianal excoriation.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon.
X-ray and ultrasound of the whole abdomen
Tests of blood, stool and urine.
All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and gives a proper plan of management.
