What Causes Stomach Ache And Fever?

My wife got a stomach ache yesterday evening, and it has been getting worse not improving. She also seems to have a fever and aching joints. She ate something spicy yesterday, and took antacids. This is not normal for her. Do we need to go to an emergency room tonight? Her foot is broken and in a walking cast, but still hurts her a lot so it s hard to go.

Your wife has viral fever. let her take rest. Eat light food.Drink plenty of water. Give her over the counter Ibuprofen pill with tab. Zantac twice a day. She should be normal within 8 days. In case there is no relief,symptoms exaggerate or some new symptoms added. She needs physical examination & needful specific treatment.
