Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have stomach pain most of the time while I m sitting and driving. I also have pain while I pee . I feel burning in my vagina and have lower back pain .My Lower back pain started a year ago but I have been experiencing lower stomach pain since last 2 years. Please help what should I do and how I can get rid of pain
I think you have a few things going on. First, pain while peeing and pain in the vagina may be due to a urinary tract infection. This could also be aggravating your low back pain or stomach pain. Lower back pain can be due to number of things including UTI, arthritis, or muscle strain. Paying a visit to your Primary doctor seems beneficial for you. The doctor will be able to do lab work including urine analysis, CBC, complete metabolic profile, and maybe an x-ray to diagnose your back and stomach pain. Also the doctor will able to prescribe you an Antibiotic if a UTI is present. For pain you should try something like Tylenol. Drink lots of water. I hope I have answered your questions. Please let me know if you any further questions.
