What Causes Stomach Ache, Constipation And Diarrhea?

Hi. I have had a occasional stomache for a month. Vomiting for three days of that month and back pain. I have also had to deal with major constpastion most of the month to having diaherea a couple days per month. I had zythromax at the beginning of the month for a sinus infection.
