What Causes Stomach Ache, Diarrhea And Headache?

I went camping last weekend got bit over 50 times by mosquitos went swimming in the lake did get water in my mouth by sunday I had stomach ache and diareha fatuige and now I have headaches too and yesterday a mouthful of cold sores. and still feel this way today what can it be

There is a high possibility that you have contracted infection ( both Throat and stomach )
That too a combined throat and stomach infection raises the possibility of Bacterial infection . You require an antibiotic course for treatment . But before starting you need to get Throat Swab culture sensitivity test and stool culture sensitivity test done . Consult your doctor for an antibiotic prescription and revert back after the reports .
