What Causes Stomach Ache Followed By Severe Fatigue?

Hi I have been exhausted and sick for over two weeks. Started with stomach pains. That continued for some time. Now I am completely exhausted. Sleep 12 hrs. get up for 2 than back to bed for 2hrs. I exercise regularly!! - but too tired to even workout. I feel like I did yrs. ago when I had Mono. Any thoughts? Thanks, Noreen

Hello,

If you are having a parasitic infestation of the bowel then you will have these symptoms. Usually, parasites, if grown in body, do cause pain and it will suck off all your blood which will cause you severe fatigue also.

So kindly get your blood checkup done to find if hemoglobin is low. if low you can take iron supplementation.

If ultrasound abdomen is also normal then you can start off with antibiotics like Albendazole prescribed by any practitioner and take the full course of it. Eat good food.
