What Causes Stomach Ache In An Infant?

My son is about 22 months old.He is active in playing and other activities,but his weight is 11.5 Kg as on date.Some times he is feeling some pain inside his belly also.He is looking so thin now.Please suggest what to do and which medicine will be helpful for him?

I really appreciate your concern, no need to give any medicine for this because this is normal condition and does not need anything, let the child grow old then it will be fine soon, take care, and have a nice day.
