What Causes Stomach Ache While Having Food?

Yes I have been having symptoms for AA couple of yrs . More like attacks, severe stomach pain when eating, usually vomit or loose stools.but goes away but for the last 3wks has been constant can t eat or drink have lost 20 PDS. Vomiting and direah, been testing thought was gallbladder but it was fine. High biilyrubin and have found a tumor on liver. Tested for everything but all checks out. I need some relief am getting week from no food or drink staying down

Which type of tumor in liver? As per the presentation, it also seems that you might be having some kind of tumor growth. Kindly do full body work up and hospitalize for intravenous therapy, if you are unable to take it orally.
