What Causes Stomach Ache While On Ampilox CV, Omnacortil And Duphill?

My child has been suffering from infection for seven days .medicines were being given as follows.... Ampilox cv,omnacortil. Duphyill. Coscopin budasol respules ibrazest respules coscopin plus...... But last night he was suffering from severe stomach ache....... Which medicine must we not give him or what should we do now

Hi,

Seems to be gastritis from the intake of Ampilox CV and Omnacortil both of which are vital for his recovery from infection.

Should not discontinue antibiotic, though Omnacortil can be withheld till you consult his pediatrician.

Addition of antacid as ranitidine as per the weight criteria of the child should be better at this point.
