What Causes Stomach And Back Pain?
I have had back pain for about two months between my shoulders. Not unbearable but very uncomfortable. Started coughing two weeks ago with no ther symptoms other than loosing my voice. Now since yesterday I still have all of that plus extreme pain in my stomach and back when coughing or taking deep breaths.

Most common cause for stomach and back ache are
Peptic ulcer. pain in relation to food defines as gastric or duodenal. Get a endoscopy to confirm it.
GERD. reflux disease which can also present with same symptoms., diagnosed by endoscopy.
Pancreatitis. Pain radiates ti back and worsens on forward bending. serum amylase levels help in diagnosis and a CT scan.
Lastly an Angina. serum troponin T
Get endoscopy, CT scan , serum amylase levels serum troponin levels checked
