Noted the history of a 26 year old female, getting
severe pain in abdomen and back at the same time,
gall bladder was removed in the past, have yellow vomiting.
As per the history your have provided, this looks to be a problem of either
pancreatitis or gastric ulcer on the posterior wall, rare chance of cardiac problem to be remembered in such cases.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Rush to Er as you need urgent clinical evaluation and examination to get the investigations done to get the proper diagnosis.
Blood: CBC, amylase, lipase, urine.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen followed by CT scan to see for stomach and pancreas, and any other pathology.
Urgent EKG just to see that heart is okay.
To get intravenous fluids,
resuscitation.
Further management as per the clinical evaluation and reports of investigations.
