hi for months now i have had bad stomach pains when needing to got a toilet (either number 1 or 2) and aches down my legs sometimes and also have blood on the tissue when i have wiped my bottom my doctor says i have ibs and to eat more fibre which does not do anything . he has also said to do a examination of my bottom but years ago i had to have many tests because they thought i had bowel cancer in which i don't want to go through that again it was due to losing weight but i cant put weight on im 30 yrs old with 3 children and weigh 7 stone what do you think it could be.
