What Causes Stomach Bloating Along With Nausea?

Hello. Looking for relief with an over-the-counter product for severe bloating and nausea. It seems that any food I eat stays in my stomach and does not empty into my intestines. I did throw up last night, but still have pain and a general sick feeling.
