What Causes Stomach Bloating And Hardness Caused After Injury?

I fell off a bike and didn t break my ribs (went and had a X-ray) but my stomach has been bloating and getting hard for the past week. The dr at the quick care said I should get an ultra sound (gave me a script for one if it contiunes). told me to stay down and rest for 3-4 days. I did. Went back to work today and my stomach started to bloat again and get hard, not as bad as it was but it s making me sick to my stomach. When I was staying down the hardness went away and it just was bloating some so I thought it was getting better. But now I m not sure. Should I go for the Ultra sound?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, abdomen symptom may not be due to accident but it could be due to some infection and it can be treated on tentative basis with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day, if this fails to responds then and then you could go for ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
