What Causes Stomach Bloating And Nausea Despite A Negative UPT?

Hello, I had unprotected sex 13 days ago, on the 7th/8th day I started feeling nauseous, my belly is very bloated but feels tight. I ve taken a test and it says negative . Last year I was pregnant I had a lot of headaches, but none so far . Do you think this could be pre period symptoms or pregnancy . Thank you .

I understand your concern
Stomach bloating and nausea are variable symptoms of pregnancy.
It could be due to hormonal imbalance, indigestion, premenstrual symptoms.
Pregnancy test will give positive result once your period will delay by more than 7 days.
Absence of period is the definitive and most common symptoms of pregnancy.
It is difficult to tell about pregnancy of your period is not delayed by more than 7 days.
You can also go for blood HGC test. It detect pregnancy even 10 days after unprotected sex.
Take following advises:
Tablet gas x
Tablet metoclopramide
Take small frequent meal rather than large meal
Avoid spicy/fatty/oily food
Do regular exercise and wait for period
