What Causes Stomach Bloating And Soft Stools Along With Diarrhoea?

I am wondering about a food allergy as a cause of soft stools and some diarrhea. I have not in the past suffered from food allergies but I am wondering about the possibility. My weight and energy remain consisant but after eating certain foods I now notice my intestines seens to burn and I have bloating after eating.

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomfort

"As" per your history is concerned you may try like this-

1)Avoid large servings of milk and other dairy products

2)Eating and drinking lactose reduced ice cream and milk

3)Regularly take a multivitamin at bedtime

4)Take lactase enzyme like LACTAID before a meal

5)Take a robotics lactobacillus weekly 3 tablets

6)Do a stool[RE/ME/Culture] if any finding comes take medication accordingly.
