Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
This looks to be a complicated history as suffering from so many problems that you mentioned like Hypertension,
high cholesterol, cervical spondilosis,
osteoarthritis, mobility problems and so on having the symptoms of bloating of stomach on waking up and
urinary urgency although you do not pass much urine.
The probable causes I can think of are as follows:
Intestinal bacterial flora disturbance can cause such a problem and also give urgency or may be due to
urinary tract infection.
Intolerance to some foods and beverages like nuts and so causing gas formation and thus bloating.
The existing problems that you have mentioned look to be contributory to the symptoms.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get tests of stool and blood and medical attention for review of the status of the medical problems you mentioned to get corrected any if not in order.
Clinical evaluation by your Doctor.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and X-ray of abdomen in standing position.
Any other tests as needed or advised by your Doctor.
All these things together can give you a proper diagnosis and help to get a proper management.
