Hi, i'm feeling bloated most of the time and have given up carbs and bread etc, i don't seem to be able to get rid of this feeling and put on weight a couple of years ago and can't seem to shift it, I had the implant taken out of my arm thinking that may have something to do with it but i'm still 11 stone, i have been going to the gym, changed my diet to chicken, fish, veg and salad but still bloated, would you have any idea why this could be? many thanks
