General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

All your symptoms are suggestive of a peptic ulcer, that is manifested with cramps, hyperacidity, bloating and stomachaches.
To my patients I recommend following these guidelines:
1. Eliminate spicy foods, coffee, milk, alcoholic drinks and carbonated drinks.
2. Eat 5 meals a day(small portions).

If you don't see any improvement then you should consult your gastroenterologist to get a prescription for Omeprazole.
Fibrogastroendescopy and liver function test are also necessary in confirming the diagnosis.

I hope I answered your query.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
