What Causes Stomach Cramping And Brown Vaginal Spotting While HPT Is Negative?

My girlfriend is experiencing stomach cramps when passing motion, we had unprotected sex 2 days ago and she took the postinor 2 pill 3 hours after followed by 12 hours after. Yesterday she took a pregnancy test as she had dark brown spotting 8-10 days ago and it showed negative. I am really worried. please help.
