What Causes Stomach Cramping, Unusual Bowel Movement With Aches And Chills?

I been getting stomach cramping really bad like if you would have the flu/ diarrhea I go to the bathroom thinking and feeling like my bm would be diarrhea but when it come out its not hard or loose but its light brown in color like tan and it has like a rubber band type strings mixed in the bm what could it be I get ache and chills and sometimes vomit or feel the urge to do so right before or during having a bm been like this for 4 days now

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stomach cramping, unusual bowel movement with aches and chills. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , gastroenteritis , medication reaction or side-effect , hyperthyroidism. Need not to worry. You should take plenty of fluids. You should not lay down immediately after having food. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may examined completely, will take history and order ultrasound and stool test. Doctor may prescribe antiviral or antibacterial depending upon the diagnosis along with loperamide, analgesic or omeprazole. For now eat small and frequent meals and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
