You have history of GERD 7 are on
gluten free diet. Presently you have stomach cramping. Commonest cause of stomach cramping are
indigestion,
constipation, a stomach virus, IBS, food
poisoning, IBS, etc. To get relieve you can take antacid, PPIs & stay well hydrated. Taking water will relieve symptoms faster. Anti-spasmodic, taken one stat when needed is equally effective.
Take food that is easy to digest for a couple of days. Avoid red meat, cheese,
trans fat, spicy oily food for a couple of days. Taking boiled food & vegetarian food over non veg is still better. Take food good for the liver, take liver tonics. Stay away from addictions if any.
