What Causes Stomach Cramps After Having Food?

Hi when eat food,get really bad cramping pain,have run toilet,my belly swells up,i be sick,am on floor with pain,no matter if am sleeping,the pain just comes on,when i go toliet,its very pain full,passing,from size 20,down size 16,iv even eat soup for few weeks,i didn t have no pain at all,

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having gastroenteritis like infective condition....

Your work up done as follow....
-USG abdomen
-stool examination
-CBC

If it seems infective cause by bacterial infection than broad spectrum antibiotic like ofloxacine and ornidazole prescribed

If stool shows hookworm or other parasite than albendazole needed

According to cause specific treatment given...

Avoid heavy meal and take light meals....

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

Hot water used for drinking

Fruit juice taken more

Meanwhile probiotic and pantoprazole also prescribed along with

Take care

Consult physician for examination
