What Causes Stomach Cramps Along With Blood In Urine?

Hi! Last week and this week I had weird stomach cramping. Last week into the beginning of this week I had a lot more discharge then usual. It was clear and thick. Then this week starting on Friday I had dark brown discharge stomach cramps and then Saturday in the early morning it turned to blood and started bleeding. Now I have blood clots that came out in my pee this morning. This all happening exactly 7 days before my period. I am always regular. I don t have sex just let my bf finger me. Sorry so graphic. I m scared and don t know what s wrong with me.

Hello,

You are having blood discharge in urine. You are also having stomach cramps. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP or gynecologist, get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done. You will be treated accordingly. Since you are also passing blood clots 7 days before your periods you should also get USG (uterus) and few other blood and other tests done to detect the pathology causing you the symptoms.

Medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are UTI, kidney infections, bladder / kidney stone, side effects of certain medications, etc. Blood clots may be due to cervical or uterine polyp, fibroid, endometriosis, if sexually active it can be due to early miscarriage. Get examined, get treated at the earliest. You can take Spasmol (spasmoproxyvon) or PPIs when stomach cramps. Stay away from addictions if any, Avoid doing heavy work or any strenuous exercises.
