What Causes Stomach Cramps And Bloody Diarrhea After Eating Chicken?

I had chicken last night - got really sick about 1.5 hrs later with cramps, diarrhea. Lasted through the night and morning. Have had crackers and propel today. Last bowel movement was very small but bloody - bright red. I do have hemmoroids - is this from the strain of the intense diarrhea?
