What Causes Stomach Cramps And Dizziness After Having Food?
After eating, I occasionally get stomach cramps, feel light-headed, and feel a tingling in my hands. It feel like all my blood is rushing to my stomach. I do not have diabetes and blood tests (for liver, kidney and pancreas function) are normal. The doctor thinks I might have unexplained insulin spikes. I am looking for a more definitive answer

It would be of help if you would give information about your age, sex, any family history associated symptoms. I would suggest you to have a discussion with your doctor regarding the arterial doppler of neck to rule any vascular (blood vessels )related problems.
