Hi,

The pain and stomach cramp suggest towards gastritis problem. For that, I suggest you take an antacid like Rabeprazole.

You can avoid excess spicy foods, tea, coffee, stress and smoking etc., as they are gastric irritants. Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. For cramps, you can be prescribed Dicyclomine like an antispasmodic drug. If no improvement than endoscopy can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
