23 year old female history of BPD and IBS I was in hospatial last week with pain in lower right abdo and constipation and not being ablw to eat or deink much as this made pain worse they expectedget had appendix is but next morning pain had settle and was relised every since then every time I eat I get really bad stomach cramping today the pain got worse and am noursous
The pain and stomach cramp suggest towards gastritis problem. For that, I suggest you take an antacid like Rabeprazole.
You can avoid excess spicy foods, tea, coffee, stress and smoking etc., as they are gastric irritants. Cooked oatmeal help in soothing stomach. For cramps, you can be prescribed Dicyclomine like an antispasmodic drug. If no improvement than endoscopy can be planned.
