What Causes Stomach Cramps And Vomiting During 30 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I m 30 weeks pregnant, just ate some dinner and all of a sudden was hit with the need to vomit. I go to the bathroom and proceed to get sick, then I feel the need to go to the bathroom (#2), so I sit down and my stomach is cramping terribly and I also proceed to get sick to my stomach. I m now laying down in bed and my stomach is still kind of sick feeling. The baby is also moving around. Should I call my doctor? Should I go in?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should go to ER immediately. I think you are having symptoms of labour and may be having a preterm labour. Please go to hospital immediately because your baby is preterm and risk to be delivered early.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
