In the last 2 weeks I have had 2 episodes where after eating, my stomach had started to cramp, and continued to cramp through a bowel movement that was partly loose. During this time I had hot flashes, sweating, became pale and had numbness down both arms into my hands. The first time my pinkie fingers were numb. The second time my entire hands felt numb yet cramped at same time. I could close my hands into a fist. I have had a couple of these episodes several years ago but none in quite a while. No pain in my chest or shooting pains anywhere else. Someone thought my blood sugar dropped...just wanted to see if this was a probability.
