Hi OK I ve had a blood clot in my lungs in 2015 today I feel just the Same as I did back then it feels like I gotta use the potty but really I don t go like I swallowed a huge bite of food but havnt like I need to burn but can t when it felt I needed to use the restroom I broke out in sweat got hot that passed now its a few hours later still feels tight and knowsnits nothingni swallowed have used the restroom my stomachs been gassy when do I knw I need to go to the e.r

Would you clarify few things for me, please?
• How old are you? Are you male or female?
• Do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
• Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
• What is your height and weight?
• Do you have any other symptoms like fever, cough, and breathing difficulty?

Based on your symptoms I would like to rule out a cardiac pathology. I recommend:
• A physician consult right away or visit the ER
• Electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
• Blood tests (complete blood count, thyroid stimulating hormone, lipid profile, blood glucose levels, kidney, and liver function tests)
• Urine analysis
• Chest x-ray (CT chest if clinically indicated)

Based on this we can arrive at a diagnosis. Please don't delay. Avoid driving and take someone along with you.
