What Causes Stomach Discomfort Along With Low Grade Fever?
Last night I started having stomach pain and dscomfort. Ran a low grade temp with chills. This morning I woke ip with radiating sharp pain centralized on the mid right abdomen. Little to no fever and any movement feels like a tearing sensation in that area.

Investigation
1. Full haemogram may rule out infection by raised WBCs.
2. stool analysis
3. CT Scan Abdomen
4.Widal test to rule out typhoid orrfiratiin
5. Brucella test
6 urinalysis
Treatment depends on investigations Antibiotics and Analgesics
need to consult gastrenterologust
