General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I believe he may need a total check-up doing a complete blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance.

Also, he may need to visit a neurologist to check his muscle reflexes. He is also showing signs of depression and low appetite and upset stomach may be related more to depression, stress than to a functional problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
