What Causes Stomach Discomfort Despite Eating Healthy Food?

I m a very healthy 41 year old woman. I m in great shape, I exersise I eat very clean and see my physician on regular basis. Unfortunately I feel like i have the flue most days. I ve been paying attention to food I eat and just can t figure it out. I do know that even though very healthy, I have non alcoholic fatty liver. Not sure if that s why I feel like I ve been poisoned most of the time. Any ideas?
