What Causes Stomach/intestinal Cramping While Having Diabetes And Low Bp?

Hii. I.was given bydureon injection wed July 2. Since then I have experienced nausea stomach and intestinal cramping with achy legs from groin down precerding a.bowel movement and relieved of achy legs following. I have diabetes out of control a1c 10 low bp and rapid heart rate. Still some mild.cramping. What do you advise?

Diabetic gastropathy may cause intestinal cramping if blood flow to intestines is compromised. tight glycemic control and USG abdomen(to rule out other causes) is required . low bp and rapid heart rate may be due to some form of fluid or blood loss from body. reasons have to be explored and treated accordingly.
