What Causes Stomach Pain After Smoking Paper?

Hi, I have a problem with my stomach. I only smoked paper (just rolled it up and smoked it) I don't think I really inhaled maybe once or twice by accident but now my stomach is hurting. Not throw up hurt or the point where you have to go to the bathroom but like the pain in the middle of my stomach that just sits there.
