What Causes Stomach Pain After Taking Vitamin B6?

Hello, A doctor prescribed vitamin B6, was taking it but when iwent to buy more i bought the super b complex. Will it have effect on the body? My urine is so yellowish for week, also having pain in the stomach, mostly lower abdomen, what could be the cause? Pin in the legs joints. I also take Iron, Dilantin & Keppra. Had a head surgery last month. Thank you.

Hello,

It may cause the altered colour of urine. But iron tablets may also cause stomach discomfort and pain.

It may be due to drug allergy also. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Stop the b6 and see if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will check for other possibilities like gastritis or food intolerance or Irritable Bowel syndrome then treat you accordingly.
