What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Blood And Protein In Urine?
Hi i am 25 years old and i have had one child 4 1/2 years ago i went to the doctor yesterday and the doctor said there is blood and protien in my urinie and my stomach has been hirting really bad for about a month and didnt do anything i was wondering if you would know what it could be
The blood and protein in urine can be related to a urinary tract infection or kidney stones. I suggest to do a urine test and an abdominal ultrasound for further evaluation. The stomach pain don't seem to be related to the other symptoms. I suggest using a spasmolytic such as Buscopan to relieve the pain. If the symptoms continue, you should see a gastrologist for further evaluation.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
