What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Excessive Bloating?

I am experiencing stomach pains, excessive bloating, chills. No diarrhea no vomiting. Stomach pains are intense and come in waves. Hot water bottle helps a little. Didn t eat anything out of ordinary, except I tried chia seeds in my fruit smoothie this am. I m healthy, otherwise.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be colicky abdominal pain most of the time this is self limiting, if this does not comes around then this can be best managed with "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" hope this information helps, take care.
