Hello, * As per my clinical experience, the diarrhea and stomach ache sounds to be in relation with food or water born GI infection rather than unprotected sex. * My guidelines at present - drink more liquids including boiled water, lemon juice, coconut water - prefer bland vegan diet at present and avoid all spices, non veg, junk foods, dairy fat - prescription of GI specific antibiotics as rifaximin, metronidazole or others pre and probiotics with lacto bacillus content analgesic as drotaverine or dicyclomine with paracetamol, which will relieve both abdomen and headache. * As there was bleeding for a week, chances of pregnancy is not there even with unprotected sex.
